Vinewick Candle will attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us as before your item(s) ship(s) if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify upon your behalf after the order has shipped.

Vinewick Candle products are mostly manufactured in the USA. Some components are made in China.

We want your items to arrive safely and as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can enjoy your products sooner. Vinewick Candle offers free shipping on qualified orders. Free shipping is valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for free shipping.
Vinewick Candle does not ship on Holidays observed by the USPS and UPS.
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Vinewick Candle products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a partial refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. Items returned in the same condition as when shipped will qualify for a refund which includes the original purchase amount minus packaging and transaction fee costs.
Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Vinewick Candle does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Vinewick Candle does not accept returns on customized products or items purchased outside of VINEWICKCANDLE.com.
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds.
For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Note, if the returned items are not in the original packaging, contents may be subject to damage which will void the refund offer. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Merchandise returned 30 days after the original purchase date is not eligible for refund.
Vinewick Candle does not price match with dealers or competitors.
